If You Want To Be Slim, Then Stay Away From Fast Food

Do you want to stay slim? Then avoid those things that increases fat and have fresh fruits and vegetables. Researchers believe that when there is deficiency of glucose in our body, which is obtained from carbohydrates, then we cannot resist ourselves to eat.
When there is deficiency  of glucose in our body, which is used to give power to our mind, we are unable to control ourselves to have high calorie food. Mostly, obese people have more danger, because little deficiency of glucose can increase their wish to have more carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are also of good type, like, fresh fruits, brown rice,pasta and sugar.


How to reduce fat: If you are suffering from obesity,  then you can follow these small tips and reduce unecessary fat from your body.

  • On drinking a glass of water mixed with 2 tbsp of honey at morning, fat is reduced.
  • Take light food at night, a fruit and enough water in evening.
  • Avoid Eating three big meals , try to eat small six meals. Which will increase your metabolism and helps in avoiding accumalting the fats
  • Weight loss exercise also helps in reducing back pain and improves posture by decreasing stress on the hips, knees, ankles, and feet.
